Sensi sandals are based on European unisex sizing; therefore most Sensi sandal styles will run one full size smaller than U.S. women's sizing and about one and a half sizes smaller than U.S. men's sizing.
You will need to order these styles of Sensi sandals one full size larger than your U.S. shoe size. Also note that Sensi's are made with unisex size molds so men's and women's sandals carry the same size notation.
Please refer to the size charts below for size comparisons for Sensi styles: Capri, Capri Ice, Ibiza, Regatta Basic, Regatta Ice, Maui, and Men's Monte Carlo.
*Note that styles Aruba and Women's Monte Carlo run true to size for women. Therefore purchase your U.S. shoe size in these styles.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. We do not accept COD orders.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship orders via UPS within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse allow 5-7 business days for UPS Ground. UPS Overnight, UPS 2 day, or UPS 3 day select are also available.
Should I be concerned about security of my credit card information?
At Sensi, we are aware that customers may be concerned regarding the use of credit cards over the internet. Privacy and confidentiality of our customers is of utmost importance to us at Sensi. The online order form will encrypt your transactions. When using our "secured" option, all sensitive information will be encrypted before being sent over the internet. You should also know we do not store your credit card or ordering information on our internet server.

What is PVC?
Poly Vinyl Chloride, it is what distinguishes us from other sandals. PVC is a non-porous material, unlike rubber, that will not harbor germs, bacteria, or odors within the sandal itself.

What is Sensi's Exchange and Return Policy?
Our ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sensi. If you need to “exchange” your sandals for another size, send us the unworn sandals in their original packaging along with a note including your name, address, phone number, and what size and style you want in exchange (style must be the same price as original purchase). You must include a check made out to Sensi, Inc. in the amount of $6.95 for one pair (add $2.00 for each additional pair) to cover shipping and handling. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Send your sandals, check, and information to: Sensi, Inc., 443 W. Alameda Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unworn sandals in their original packaging within 30 days by calling customer service at 1 (800) 537-5238 to receive return authorization. Returns will be accepted only if original order was phoned in to our customer service department or was placed through our website.
How can I order Sensi’s if I am a customer who lives in Canada or Mexico?
We can not process internet orders from Canada or Mexico, however we do accept phone orders from these countries. You can call us at 1 (312) 733-7711 and we will be happy to place the order for you.
